Attorney Shelby Hoiness

Shelby Hoiness came to us from the Adams County Public Defender’s office. After 3.5 years in the criminal field, Attorney Hoiness is excited to make a change and move forward with the civil realm of the legal field. Attorney Hoiness’ practice is focused on real estate transactions, litigation, estate planning, and landlord tenant issues.

Attorney Hoiness was born and raised in Rochelle, Illinois. She resides in the area with her husband and St. Bernard.
